Square separately operates the online booking service and handles information under its own privacy notice. This policy describes the information Splash & Dash receives or creates for its business operations.

- Your selected service, appointment date and time, and communications about the appointment.
- Your vehicle make, model, size, condition, service requests, and notes you provide.

- Approved estimates, add-ons, invoices, and service history.
- Vehicle photographs, if they are taken to document condition or completed work.
A licence plate is not needed merely to browse this website. We recommend limiting booking information to what is needed to identify the appointment and vehicle.
3. Why we use information
We may use this information to:
- Schedule, confirm, update, and remind you about an appointment.
- Identify the correct customer, vehicle, and requested service.
- Prepare and confirm estimates, approved adjustments, invoices, and service records.
- Contact you about arrival, delays, completion, pickup, or a service concern.
- Document vehicle condition and work completed when photographs are taken.
- Meet legal, tax, insurance, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Identifiable vehicle photographs will not be used for marketing without separate permission.
4. Square bookings and payments
When you follow a booking link, you leave our website and interact with Square. Square may collect information directly from you to provide appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, customer profiles, and related services. Splash & Dash receives the information needed to manage and perform your appointment.
Splash & Dash does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this website. If Square processes a payment, Square handles the payment information under its own security and privacy practices.

5. Other service providers
We use providers where needed to operate the website and booking process:
- Square provides appointment scheduling and related communications.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process IP address, device, security, and request information.
- Google provides the map on our contact page and website fonts and may receive technical information when those resources load.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect people or property or to address a legal claim. We do not sell customer personal information.
6. Cookies and website measurement
We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tools to build marketing profiles of website visitors. Cloudflare, Google, or Square may use cookies or similar technologies for security or for services you choose to access. Their own notices explain those practices.
If we add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required by law.
7. How long information is kept
Square controls information stored in its systems under its privacy practices and the settings available to Splash & Dash.
